What we eat, and how we eat it, is changing quickly with growing controls of social distance. Even though under normal circumstances we would usually eat out at least five days a week, we have all been told to stay home as much as possible.
It's good to help our local restaurants eat out right now, but when it's time to cook at home there are some things you need to learn for social isolation to remain safe.
