Do you ever feel bothered by the feeling that you don't have anything to do at work? Although some might enjoy leisure time, it may theoretically hamper the overall outcomes. Although taking occasional breaks is an necessary part of time management, boredom stems from much larger issues.
Bored at work can cause stress because you feel you are wasting your talents in your career. Many end up resorting to boredom habits like web surfing, social media or even taking to the office vending machine tours for some fast food. It may also trigger poor habits which cause us to return to the same boredom behaviors even though there is work to be done.
