You 're not going to have to focus on anything if you don't set a target. Why do you feel motivated? Ask yourself now, after your goal has been set, How confident am I that I can achieve my goal? "Rate it on a scale of 1 to 10. If your number is less than 7, you may want to make your goal more manageable, so you feel confidence flows through you.
Fill out PAR-Q questionnaire. The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) is a fast and easy form which helps to highlight any health issues that you have overlooked. You don't have to go and have a full physical necessarily, but just a fast email is better than just pretending you don't have any limits or constraints to remember while you're working out.
