You don't need any fancy equipment or plenty of room to keep in shape. The following infographic details my most famous workout challenge with Bodyweight. The complete challenge needs 50 per exercise repeats. I would encourage beginners to start with 10, 15 or 20 reps each, and work up to the maximum amount over time. This exercise is very hard, so I'd suggest taking a rest day between every exercise.
