Find an unimpeded room where you can stroll for about 10 feet. This is the instruction given in the very Satipatthana Sutta. Walking bare feet is also recommended, because it provides more consciousness of what happens in the body as you walk.

 Bring your consciousness down to your bottom. Note the emotions in here. Shift your weight from left leg to right leg. Look straight ahead and raise your head and keep your shoulders high. You can loosely hold your hands to the side, or tie them behind your back.
