Whether it's morning or afternoon it's horrible to feel hangry. Your patience is getting short. Your body feels very good. There is no rumbling in your stomach, it is roaring. Currently, it's hard to think clearly, much less think ahead, and you're ready to bite the head off anybody that irks you.
The double-punch combination of rage and hunger, known as hanger feeling, is very real. It doesn't mean that you're an awful, ill-tempered person. It just means you really need to eat something. Much better, it will avoid feeling hangry, even on a busy working day.
