Not all of the sugar is evil. Some foods, such as vegetables, milk and whole fruit, contain sugar, naturally. It's the added sugar, like white sugar , honey, cane sugar, molasses and high-fructose corn syrup, which we need to look out for while cooking and preparing in foods. In a variety of items we eat and drink added sugars-not just chocolate bars and fizzy drinks.
