As you age, no single almighty brain food can guarantee a sharp brain, just like no magic pill is available to prevent cognitive decline. Nutritionists emphasize that the most productive technique is to follow a healthy dietary plan comprising a lot of fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains. Instead of saturated fats such as olive oil or canola, aim to get protein from plant sources and fish and pick healthy fats.
