For most companies, employee retention issues have become a pressing issue. It is vital that the company establish retention strategies that will help workers retain in order to hold on to their valued employees. As expected by the American Workplace's Gallup Condition, one in three workers appears to get employment within three years, resulting in 91 percent of employees leaving businesses for another position. In such trivial conditions, maximizing and handling talent becomes a task for the HRs. It is time for employee retention to be supercharged by designing retention strategies and involving employees.
