A trip to a small hamlet in upstate New York where a food truck festival was held and you could choose a meal from more than 30 different trucks with a broad range of cuisine was one of the finest dates I've ever had. When I first saw this chart from How Long to Cook, titled 55 Beloved Street Foods From Around the World, I immediately thought of it. Oh how I would want to organize a journey across the world simply sampling street food. The Picanha from Brazil is grilled meat on a stick with seasoning that looks great. Or how about a Belgian Liege Waffle. Even though I am still in the US, I can already taste the delicious, sugary dessert. Speaking of the US, this graph features a pulled pork sandwich for North Carolina, made with slow-cooked, shred barbecue pork that is placed on a baguette with crisp coleslaw. Yum!
